Lee County Released Inmates is private and has no government affiliation. Neither it nor its advertising partners provides consumer reports or FCRA-covered credit, employment, insurance, or tenant-screening services.
Nature of the Service
This is a private reference site with no ties to LCSO, the Lee County Jail, the Lee Clerk, FDC, or another government office. It stores no official custody or court record. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, file documents, or change an agency record.
The site points readers toward Lee County and Florida release sources and may connect them with independent research tools. It is not a private investigation firm or a consumer reporting agency.

Outside Services and Links
Links may lead to government release records, sheriff and corrections systems, courts, legal resources, and independent search services. Lee County Released Inmates does not endorse or control an outside destination and is not responsible for its content, uptime, data handling, prices, or terms. Users should read the destination’s own policies.
Service Provided As Is
The site and its content are supplied “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that information will be complete, current, accurate, uninterrupted, free from errors or security flaws, or that a partner search will return every relevant result.
Custody, court, release, and supervision records can change quickly. Nothing here is an official statement from LCSO, a court, FDC, DJJ, FCOR, BOP, ICE, or another agency.
Limits on Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and its owners, operators, partners, and contributors are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from access, use, inability to use, outside links, or reliance on content.
User Indemnification
A user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold the site and its owners, operators, partners, and contributors harmless from claims, liabilities, losses, and reasonable legal fees caused by that user’s conduct, misuse, or breach of these terms.
Ownership of Site Materials
Text, graphics, logos, design elements, and code belong to Lee County Released Inmates or the applicable content partner. They may not be copied, distributed, republished, modified, or exploited without written permission, except where law expressly permits it.
Changes to These Terms
These conditions may be revised at any time. A new version becomes effective when posted. Continued use after a revision means acceptance of the updated terms.
Suspension of Access
Access may be limited, suspended, or ended at any time, for any lawful reason, and without advance notice. This right may be used to protect the service, enforce these terms, or address misuse.
Florida Governing Law
Florida law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Florida.
Severability
If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected term will be limited or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
